Webuild offers all of our employees who have completed one year of employment to participate in the company 401(k) plan. All deferrals are 100% vested. Company Elective Distributions are made at end of year, pending profitability.
Medical And Dental Insurance
Webuild offers all employees Employee's Kaiser Permanente Health Care. Employees may elect to enroll family members as well into plan; per existing company policies. Delta Dental and Vision is also offered as part of the overall health care package.
